That is what my girls call this quilt top. It has taken me months to finish this but I am determined. I need to add another row for a good size lap quilt.
I can't remember where I got this pattern from but I am learning how to make my own slowly but surely on EQ7. I haven't taken the time to just sit down and read the book (could be that I'm homeschooling five children : ) but I have done the first three tutorials. It does even more than I had imagined.
I have a few other projects in progress as well. I'm thinking that now is a time to finish these things up and maybe not start anything else new until they are done. But no promises!
Before I go did I mention that my favorite part of this quilt is the corduroy square? I had never done this before but I love the different textures. I think I might start experimenting with this more.
Today I'm linking up with
This looks amazing! And from a teacher - well done you home schooling five children!!!
